DESCRIPTION:JUDGES’ WORKSHOP APRIL 2 – 3\nHOSTED BY THE SILVER ROSE RANCH PRESENTED BY JANET OATNEY\nThis will be a workshop for current barn hunt judges\, those working on obtaining their judging license and those that just want to learn more about barn hunt. There will be 20 working spots available and 10 auditor spots. Auditors do not participate hands on and do not receive credit to fulfill the judging requirement. Attendee dogs may not participate unless a substitute handler is used.  \nAttendance all two days is required for credit. The workshop will begin promptly at 8 am and plan on finishing by 5pm. DESCRIPTION:We have had a lot of interest in a tunnel workshop for barn hunt.  We decided to run one June 3\, just before the next set of trials\, June 5/6.  It will run 10am – 2pm.  It will be limited to 20 dogs\, and they must be Senior/Master level.  There will be two rings\,   each will start with 2-3 turn tunnels and move up to 4 and then 5 turns.There will be two sessions: Session I: 10am – 12pm\,  Session II: 12pm – 2pm.  Each session will run a total of 10 dogs divided into two groups \, so there will only be 5 dogs training in each ring.  Each ring will run exactly the same tunnels. DESCRIPTION:The weather has cooled down and it is time to hunt rats again. Two of our favorite judges will be presiding\, the father and daughter team of Jim and Angie Shear. Premium and entry will be posted here. We are also concurrently holding NASDA events with the barn hunt so your dog can have even more rat hunting fun. You will be able to enter two Trailing and Locating and two Urban Trailing and Locating trials per day of the barn hunt. Premium and Entries below. \nNovember Barn Hunt PREMIUM \nNovember Barn Hunt ENTRY \nTHERE WILL BE TWO TRIALS PER DAY\nSATURDAY – TRIALS 1 & 2 SUNDAY – TRIALS 3 & 4 \nTRIAL WILL BEGIN EACH DAY AT 7:30 AM WITH GENERAL BRIEFING TO BE FOLLOWED BY\nCLASS BRIEFINGS AT THE RINGS.
