ATTENTION: PLEASE GO TO THE BHA WEB SITE AND READ THE COVID-19 PROTOCOLS THAT WILL BE FOLLOWED.
We are very happy to be able to continue our barn hunt trials; however due to these strange times, the trials won’t operate quite the same until we beat this virus. For the safety of all we will be following the California Covid-19 protocols that will be in force at the time of the trial. You can find those current protocols at covid19.ca.gov. We will also be following the new BHA Covid-19 rules. You can find the BHA Rules on their web site. Please familiarize yourself with both for your safety and that of others. Deliberate disregard of any Covid-19 protocols will be dealt with a warning and then if repeated, dismissal from the trial.
Please plan on working out of your cars which will be parked 10 feet apart. Chairs and crates can be set up outside your car. We will not have room for EZ ups unless they are set immediately behind your car. Upon arrival, you will be directed to a parking space. Dogs must be kept in your car, crate or on leash at all times. When walking your dog, please maintain social distance of 6 ft from other competitors. Due to covid rules, there will NOT be any briefings, general or class, so please familiarize yourself with all Barn Hunt rules.
PLEASE NO NOT SMOKE AT THIS FACILITY.
YOU MUST CRATE YOUR DOG OR HAVE THEM ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES. ONLY EXCEPTION WOULD BE WHEN COMPETING.
BITCHES IN SEASON ARE ELIGIBLE FOR COMPETITION, BUT WILL BE REQUIRED TO INFORM THE MANAGEMENT, BE KEPT SEPARATE FROM ALL OTHER DOGS AND WEAR PANTIES. THEY WILL RUN IN A SEPARATE BLIND AT THE END OF THEIR CLASS.
PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG AND KEEP YOUR DOG FROM LOUD, EXCESSIVE BARKING. IT IS VERY DISTRACTING FOR THE DOGS THAT ARE COMPETING.
COLLARS AND LEASHES: ELECTRONIC COLLARS AND HEAD HARNESSES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON TRIAL GROUNDS. Please check rules for approved collars and leashes.
